KOLEKT Supper Club (2024) was a gathering of women working in art, design, film and architecture in Warsaw, organised by KOLEKT in the form of a shared dinner. The format was deliberately informal: a conversation around one table, without a programme of talks or presentations.

The project addressed the conditions under which creative communities are formed. Access to the art field is still largely shaped by existing networks, which tend to reproduce the same circles of visibility. Drawing on feminist approaches to community building, the Supper Club proposed a grassroots, non-hierarchical space for the exchange of knowledge, experience and contacts between women.

The event served as a preview of KOLEKT’s subsequent exhibitions and collaborations, and established community building as one of the foundations of its practice.
