KOLEKT is a creative studio and consultancy. We work across art advisory, spatial design and visual communication for brands, hospitality and private collectors.
Our work is multidisciplinary. For each project we assemble a team from our network of curators, graphic designers, set designers, filmmakers and producers. This allows us to work with brands and institutions on projects of different scales, from a single commission to a complete cultural concept.
Alongside exhibitions and curatorial work, KOLEKT develops cultural programmes, including film screenings, community gatherings and public events. Based between Warsaw and New York, we work with emerging and established artists, designers and makers across Europe.
FOUNDERS
KOLEKT is led by three co-founders who share its creative direction.
Designer and curator. Xenia works with craft that is disappearing: the hand, the material, the slow knowledge of Polish makers, set against how things are made today. Trained in art history and industrial design, she moves between object, space and exhibition. At KOLEKT, she designs exhibitions and interiors and matches artists to projects.
Filmmaker and visual artist. Ola works with the moving image, photography and installation, looking at matter, landscape and the way an image holds time. Her video installation A Matter of Stone is one example. At KOLEKT, she sets the visual language of each project and curates.
Filmmaker and artist working across film, culture, and moving image. Her practice is rooted in observation, visual sensitivity, and a keen attention to detail, exploring the subtle relationships between people, places, and the worlds they inhabit.
